Creating opportunities to create

Forty Winks Further
Coming summer 2025! Why do we dream? Why do dreams become nightmares? What clings to us when we wake, and what happens to the dreams forgotten? Forty Winks Further explores the borders and boundaries between asleep and awake, nightmares and dreams, and present and future human scenarios.
About
Our Origin Story
Full of Tricks crew came together in 2024 with a desire and a drive to co-create large scale works of art. Rooted in a shared love of music, collaborations with local events, and years of friendship, we seek to provide opportunities for each other, as well as our larger community, to produce art that both showcases our collective's various skillsets, and invites participation and collaboration from those who may not have had access or opportunities to create. In 2025, we became a non-profit organization with the intent to foster community building and learning by creating opportunities for youth and adults in the Central Oregon area (and beyond) in the design, building, and installation of large works of art.

Past Projects
Full of Tricks
2024
Our breakout project debuted at both Burning Man and Cascade Equinox Festival in 2024. Full of Tricks is an unexpectedly interactive jack-in-the-box-esque installation inspired by concepts from Richard Adams’ novel, Watership Down. In a world of large scale works, we seek to provide a more intimate, more miniature experience for participants to explore. Political undertones, explorations of spirituality, what it means to love, and what it means to lose those to whom we hold deep connections, are predominant themes throughout the piece.
